Our Audit Firm is registered and regulated by the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants with registration no. FR 0146/16 styled Nyasulu and Sikapizye Chartered global management accountants(NS-CGMA). NS-CGMCA first registered with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants-ZICA as a certified public accountancy firm in Zambia in the year 2008 and Mulenji Chartered Accountants before changing its name to NS-CGMA
NS-CGMA has two main divisions: Management Accounting and Audit/Assurance, headed by appropriately licensed Partners who lead the firm.
Our services include the preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts), preparation and certification of annual financial statements for external audits, statutory returns (ZRA, PACRA, NAPSA, Workers Compensation), design of economic systems and practice of policy and procedure manuals, Cost and Management Accounting systems to enable planning, control and decision making in the organization.
